We will begin by taking individual health screenings both before we start to work with your employees, and health screenings six months later to verify our results. Each employee will fill out a Health History Questionnaire (HHQ) and a Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) if needed to differentiate between high-risk and low-risk employees, and determine the specific areas that need to be addressed.

Next, we will seek out role models in management in order to help ease the transition and help your employees get the most out of our services. Research has shown that worksite wellness initiatives require the complete and unwavering support of senior corporate and office staff.

These role models will:

  • communicate the vision
  • provide positive examples
  • allocate adequate resources
  • initiate adequate supportive policies and
  • recognize and reward employee success.

Expected Results

According to the literature on health promotion outcomes, the average return on investment is around $3 for every $1 invested.

The Travelers Insurance Company instituted a corporate wellness program that saved $7.8 million in 1990 and may generate a return on investment of $72 million in its first 15 years. That translates into a 3.4-1 return on investment which translates a saving of $3.40 for every dollar spent.

Our mission is to expose your employees to our Worksite Health and Wellness Program in order to educate your employees on healthy lifestyles so as to curtail high-risk behavior and modify low-risk behavior. (Remember, change always means someone must give something up, but what is being given up can look like a large risk. It is important to help individuals understand and manage risk).

By offering preventative health care options, this shifts the burden away from the company and places the responsibility to actively participate in taking care of their own health directly into employees’ hands. In this way, employees can prevent disease and share increased well-being amongst themselves, their families, and their friends.
