We will begin by taking individual health screenings both before we start to work with your employees, and health screenings six months later to verify our results. Each employee will fill out a Health History Questionnaire (HHQ) and a Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) if needed to differentiate between high-risk and low-risk employees, and determine the specific areas that need to be addressed.
Next, we will seek out role models in management in order to help ease the transition and help your employees get the most out of our services. Research has shown that worksite wellness initiatives require the complete and unwavering support of senior corporate and office staff.
